*Edit* The upload to DA did some funky things to the colors. Everything is brighter in the original. Ah well.

Awesome job indeed! I need to question the fact that you've started doing lips like that though. It doesn't seem right for the characters you draw, at least in my opinion.

Otherwise, it is excellent.

It's just something I'm trying as I try and define my own style. Since I drew Blackfire more my way than than the cartoon way I went with it.

I have to say that your style is really coming along and improving. The detail is super - especially the angle of the lighting over her clothes. And her hair - excellente! I loooove purple!

Thankies the nice comments. I'm glad you liked it. I still can't ink for crap digitally though. I think I hear my tablet weeping every so often. I think it wishes it had somone who will treat it right. :-P

Yes Blackfire was chosen on purpose! I was thinking of doing a companion piece to your Starfire in the Clouds" but decided to do something original pose wise instead. I know you like Raven but I really wanted to take a crack at Blackfire.
